Vintage pure innocense

Here's a card I made using the same digi stamp as the card I just posted before this. For this one I used the red and green traditional colors, but in non traditional shades, more of a burgundy and an olive green, with pink added, to give it more of a vintage feel. The circle stamp in the right corner is from a stamp set by stampin up called riveting.

pure innocence

I <3 Heather Ellis' images that I found on Etsy! They are so cute! I love using soft, non traditional colors on a christmas card, so I really had fun with this one! The pink embossed background was embossed with a Sizzix Textured Impressions embossing folder, run through my Cuttlebug machine. The greeting stamp is one from a cheap clear stamp set I got last year at walmart! I stitched with my sewing machine in aqua thread around the pink panel. Colored with my copics, of course! denami designs card

Found a new stamp company I love at the Heirloom stamp convention 2 weeks ago! Denami Designs!  This is one of many stamps I got from them at the show, I just love their chickies!!! I cut the stamped image with my labels 8 nesties and then with the largest die in labels 8 cut the red border. And yes, I sewed a border around the card! Colored with my copics, of course! Added doodlbug iris white chunky glitter to some areas of the card (hope you can see it). The brown felt ribbon is one I got this year at Michaels in the holiday ribbon aisle. Added stickles around the stamped panel, and voila!

Angel emma

I love the C.C Designs new angels stamps!!! They are so cute! I used a cuttlebug embossing folder and distress inks on the pink panel behind the angel. I colored her with copics. The white lacy edge was created with one of the new martha stewart border punches which I believe is called Garden lattice.

Baby girl in the snow

"Kai in the snow" is the name of this digital stamp created by my cousin Mo. You can find this image and many other adorable digi stamps here .
I colored her in with my copic markers. The puffy snow that she is in is a fairly new product I found at the stamp convention called Flower soft, and can be found here. Its a really fun product! The lace paper strip you see running horizontally was created with the martha stewart punch you see below. I cut a strip of paper 1 inch wide, and punched one side, and then flipped it around and punched the other side, so it looks like lace! Then I sponged distress inks on the white lace paper! It's easy! The snowflake is an acetate one on top of one I cut with a spellbinders create a flake die, then joined with a tiny brad.  The greeting stamp is from a set by the craft lounge. The pink flocked dot paper is from Making Memories!

winter trees

I have been wanting to make a card with these trees and the whole night sky colors thing. It was fun! I used posh impressions liquid ink, 3 colors of blue, with the darkest at the ground level and just smeared them on with a sponge on glossy cardstock. I cut a 1 inch circle and used it as a mask when I added my blue inks. Then later colored the moon with yellow copics. I tried to create starry night paper on the panel under the stamped/ink panel, so i poked holes in the dark navy paper to show through the silver foil paper underneath, but it didnt really show up, the parts that show up better are the dots i created with silver gel pen!
