Adore

My newest card, I found this angel stamp in my stash, that I bought last year and never used! So after receiving my new set from Our Daily bread today, I just had to use them both. The greeting is from the set Blessed Christmas by OBD. The angel stamp is by Stampendous, and I got that at Michaels, THE Arts & Crafts store (imagine that! lol). The decorative star stamp is from Papertrey ink, in the set Silent Night.
The decorative paper that the angels are stamped on is from the K&Company Mat Pad from the BW Evergreen collection. The striped brownish paper is from some other older 
K&Company paper pad. The sheet music DP is from a paper pad I got last year by MME "Festive & Frost".  The photo corners were punched with an eksuccess punch. I colored in the stamped images with copic markers and a gold and a white gel pen. I accented several areas with crystal stickles. Again, thanks for looking, I had a blast making this card!

CC designs: Nora's in the snow!

Yet another adorable digi stamp from C.C.Designs.. find it here. This teal swirly paper is from the new wintery paper pad by Cosmo Cricket Mini Deck "Jolly by Golly". I colored Nora in with Copic Markers. I cut waves of white paper to make the snow she is standing on, and then I added glossy accents to glue on white Flower soft. The greeting is one from a clear set I found at Walmart last year. Thanks for looking!

snowy trees

Hello everyone!!! I had the pleasure of going to see the Trans-Siberian Orchestra in concert this week. And got to sit in the second row!! It was beyond AMAZING!  Well, since it was mostly christmas music, it really put me in the christmas mood! So hopefully I'll start really popping these christmas cards out soon, though today my hubby is sick with a 102.2 fever, and even though I had the whole day to create, I was just not in the mood! This card I made on thursday, before the concert, I started it, and finished it friday night. Anyways, these trees are one stamp, and I embossed it with silver EP, and added white flower soft to them to make them look snowy. The white embossed strip that goes down the center vertically, was created with the cuttlebug embossing folder, lace tree, click underlined word to see it. I did it twice and cut along so as to just get the middle of the tree embossed. The greeting words are from a clear stamp set by papertrey ink . The dp with the snow look to it is by SEI, from a paper pad I got at Michaels. The silver photo corners were punched with an eksuccess punch and embellished with stickon pearls and rhinestones. To get the blue fade background on the panel with the trees, I smeared 2 colors of memento ink on the paper with the wood peg handle with removeable foam pads. Any questions, message me! Vintage pure innocense

Here's a card I made using the same digi stamp as the card I just posted before this. For this one I used the red and green traditional colors, but in non traditional shades, more of a burgundy and an olive green, with pink added, to give it more of a vintage feel. The circle stamp in the right corner is from a stamp set by stampin up called riveting.

pure innocence

I <3 Heather Ellis' images that I found on Etsy! They are so cute! I love using soft, non traditional colors on a christmas card, so I really had fun with this one! The pink embossed background was embossed with a Sizzix Textured Impressions embossing folder, run through my Cuttlebug machine. The greeting stamp is one from a cheap clear stamp set I got last year at walmart! I stitched with my sewing machine in aqua thread around the pink panel. Colored with my copics, of course! denami designs card

Found a new stamp company I love at the Heirloom stamp convention 2 weeks ago! Denami Designs!  This is one of many stamps I got from them at the show, I just love their chickies!!! I cut the stamped image with my labels 8 nesties and then with the largest die in labels 8 cut the red border. And yes, I sewed a border around the card! Colored with my copics, of course! Added doodlbug iris white chunky glitter to some areas of the card (hope you can see it). The brown felt ribbon is one I got this year at Michaels in the holiday ribbon aisle. Added stickles around the stamped panel, and voila!

Angel emma

I love the C.C Designs new angels stamps!!! They are so cute! I used a cuttlebug embossing folder and distress inks on the pink panel behind the angel. I colored her with copics. The white lacy edge was created with one of the new martha stewart border punches which I believe is called Garden lattice.
